Terms of Service

1. Services

seoassistantpro provides SEO keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink audit, SEO copywriting, analytics setup, rank tracking, and related digital marketing services. All services are delivered digitally. No physical product is delivered.

2. Payment

Full payment is required before any work begins. We accept payment via Stripe. By completing payment you confirm you have read and understood the service description, pricing, and estimated delivery timeline for your selected package.

3. Delivery

Work begins within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation and receipt of the completed onboarding form. Delivery timelines stated on service and pricing pages are estimates in business days.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and any CMS access required to complete the work. Delays caused by failure to provide required access may extend delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual property

All deliverables become your property upon full payment. You grant us permission to reference the project anonymously in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.

6. No guarantees

SEO results depend on search engine algorithm decisions, competitor behaviour, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Funchal, Madeira.
