Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only

All seoassistantpro services are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping. Deliverables are sent via email or shared Google Drive folder depending on file type and client preference.

Project start timeline

Projects begin within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation and receipt of the project onboarding form. We send the onboarding form within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Delivery timelines by package

• Starter: 10 business days from project start
• Standard: 18 business days from project start
• Pro: 28 business days from project start
• Individual services: Timeline stated on each service page

What you receive

Depending on the service, deliverables may include: keyword research spreadsheets, on-page optimization reports, disavow files, written page content, analytics configuration documentation, or monthly PDF rank tracking reports.

Delays

Timelines may be extended by delays in receiving access credentials from the client. We notify you immediately if any delay is expected on our end.
